Javier Menor leads the Corporate, M&A and Private Equity Department at Baker McKenzie. He has more than 25 years of experience advising multinational companies from different sectors. Javier is recognized as one of the best lawyers in his specialty in the country by the most prestigious directories such as Chambers & Partners or Legal 500. He is a professor at ESADE and UIC Law Schools. He holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master in Law from the Université Catholique de Louvain.

Ms Line is a Senior Investment Manager within the Global Indirect Real Estate Strategies team. Based in Amsterdam, she is responsible for performance, strategy, and investment decision making of European focused portfolios. Line began her career in real estate in 2010 and joined CBRE Global Investors in January 2016. Prior to this, Line was employed by PwC as a Senior Consultant in the real estate transaction services team in Brussels, Belgium, responsible for real estate valuations and financial due diligence. Prior to this, Line was employed by PwC as an Auditor. Line holds a MSc degree in Applied Economic Sciences with a major in Finance from the University of Antwerp and completed exchange programs at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark and Queen´s University, Kingston, Canada.

Alexander van Riel is the Regional Head of Continental Europe within the Global Indirect Real Estate Strategies team. Based in Amsterdam, Alexander is responsible for the relationship and portfolio management of clients, investment sourcing, selection and monitoring of investments in Continental Europe. He is a member of the Investment Committee, and is a director of CBRE Global Investment Partners Limited, the UK and SEC regulated entity.

Alexander has been in the European property investment industry since 1999. He took up his current role in June 2006. Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors,

Alexander was an Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Achmea in Amsterdam and Aberdeen Property Investors in Stockholm.

Alexander holds a Masters degree in Spatial Science from Rijks-Universiteit Groningen and is a CFA charter holder.

Khadija Benzit is Director of Real Estate at Mubadala Investment Company, where she leads the firm’s global real estate business across North America, Europe, and Asia. In this role, she is responsible for defining the real estate investment strategy, directing capital allocation across markets and sectors, overseeing asset management and performance across a globally diversified portfolio spanning equity, credit, and structured investments. She is also responsible for driving the development of strategic partnerships and the continued expansion of Mubadala’s real estate activities globally.

Khadija brings years of experience at Mubadala and has been instrumental in shaping and growing its real estate business into a globally integrated, multi-strategy portfolio. Since joining in 2017, she has led investments across key markets and sectors, with a strong track record of disciplined execution, value creation, and long-term partnership development.

Prior to her current role, she served as Director of Real Estate – Europe, where she was responsible for leading investment activities across the region, building a diversified Pan-European portfolio and driving consistent, high-quality capital deployment.

Previously, hadija held roles at Ares Management and AEW, where she developed deep expertise across European real estate markets.

Khadija holds a Civil Engineering degree from École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP) in Paris and an MSc in Finance from Cass Business School in London.

Anthony (Tony) Mohr has been with Mubadala Investment Company, an Abu Dhabi-based sovereign wealth fund, and its affiliated organizations since 2018.

While at Mubadala, Tony has served a number of different roles, most recently as Head of Portfolio Management for the international real estate department where he is focused on asset management and portfolio management activities globally.  Prior to Mubadala, Tony held several positions at another sovereign wealth fund based in Abu Dhabi, and various roles at private investment firms in the United States.

Tony is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (MBA) and is a CFA charterholder.

Albert Fernández has been CEO of Healthcare Activos since its incorporation in 2019, although he has been linked to the Healthcare Activos as an investor and advisor since its foundation. He has over 20 years of experience as an investment banker in the healthcare sector at PJT Partners / Blackstone, Rothschild and JP Morgan. Prior to joining Healthcare Activos, Albert was Managing Director covering the European healthcare services sector for PJT Partners based in London. Albert Fernandez has an Industrial Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business (University of Virginia).

Jorge Guarner is Founder and Executive Chairman of Healthcare Activos Yield. Previously, Jorge was CEO of SARQuavitae (now renamed as DomusVi), the Iberian leader in the elderly care sector for 12 years. For 8 years, Jorge was also the Chairman of the Elderly Sector Employers Association (AESTE). Jorge founded and was CEO of RESA for 6 years, the leading Iberian student housing real estate platform. Jorge Guarner holds an MBA from IESE and an Industrial Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC).
